Financial Administrator: Budgets

Responsibilities

  • Compile budgets for community schemes (Body Corporates and Homeowners Associations).
  • Change and updating of budgets compiled.
  • Capturing financial statement information on budgets.
  • Capturing budgets on MDA/MRI.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records (block control).
  • Filing and any other admin tasks as requested.
  • Tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Demonstrating creativity to ensure smooth and efficient process flow.
  • Meeting prescribed target dates as set by Management.
  • Contributing effectively as a proactive and collaborative team member.
  • Accounting background and/or experience.
  • Having a strong understanding of the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act and the Community Schemes Ombud Services Act.

  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Timely and efficient execution of administrative tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Innovative and creative thinker.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Salary

Annual CTC between R180 000 – R264 000.
