Junior Claims Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Registering Claims (Full Process).
  • Gathering information: Collecting the necessary documentation and information from clients and other relevant parties. Taking of client calls/enquiries.
  • Managing Claims & Proving Feedback: Tracking claims progress and provide updates to your reporting line and clients.
  • Providing customer service, feedback and resolving complaints.
  • Maintaining records and ensure compliance.
  • Generate Insurance Certificates.
  • Ad-hoc office duties.
  • Underwriting general queries.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Matric/NQF level 4 (Insurance related).
  • An understanding of the insurance industry and insurance practices.
  • Willingness to undergo training, assessments as well as regulatory exams and working to a full qualification (2 years minimum).
  • All FAIS Fit & Proper requirements adhered to and met at time of application.

Salary

Annual CTC between R 120 000 – R 150 000.
